This is the third work by the duo "Duet" of Sumire Kuribayashi (piano) and Hideaki Kanazawa (bass).
As with the previous two works, the recording was done in a single shot with no separate booths at the Rangetsu Palm Hall in Hokkaido, a place filled with the warm atmosphere of living in harmony with nature. The recording was done with the concept of "as it is" as in the first work, focusing on natural sound. The minimal ensemble composition of piano and bass creates a sophisticated yet gentle and heartwarming sound that conveys the atmosphere and the heart-to-heart communication between the two musicians.
